Orlando Magic Sign E’Twaun Moore
The Orlando Magic have decided to add some veteran leadership to help out their young backcourt. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Orlando Magic have signed E’Twaun Moore. E’Twaun Moore has signed a 1-yr deal worth 2.6 million dollars. This will be E’Twaun Moore’s second stint as a member of the Orlando Magic.
Previously, Moore had spent the 2012-2013 and 2013 -2014 seasons with the Orlando Magic. He averaged 7.8 ppg and 6.6 ppg respectively.
The Return of 3'Twaun
Moore started 21 games for the Magic in 2012-2013 and 3 games in 2013-2014. During his ten-year career in the NBA, Moore has moved around a bit. Before playing with the Orlando Magic, Moore was drafted by the Boston Celtics. He played there for only a year.
Moore played two years with the Chicago Bulls. His longest stint was a four year run with the New Orleans Pelicans. Last year, he was on the Phoenix Suns’ Finals team.
Moore joins a team that has no shortage of point or shooting guards. It is certainly plausible that he will get it in the rotation. After all, Michael Carter Williams is sidelined with an injury and Markelle Fultz may be brought along slowly as he comes back from an ACL Injury.
